Inderjeet was recommended to us by a friend, and we had an exceptional experience. She helped my fiance and I to sell our two condos and buy a townhouse within a short span of time and everything went very smoothly. She has a wonderful demeanor, very accessible and pleasant to work with, and kept things on track. She listened to us and understood right away what we would like, which has not been my experience with other realtors who showed me places I would never be interested in. We felt like our search time with her was well spent and efficient. Overall I would strongly recommend Inderjeet and while I hope to not move again for a very long time would definitely work with her again when the time comes.

Inderjeet has helped my husband and I buy 5 houses and helped us to sell 1 home. We dealt with short-sales and foreclosures as part of those 6 transactions and she was instrumental in closing the loop on multiple issues presented by the banks in each case. She is extremely detail-oriented and professional when representing you as a buyer or seller. There is a reason we continue to go back to Inderjeet when we need assistance with buying or selling properties in the Northern VA area. Her follow-up on every aspect of the transaction is fantastic. She is also very knowledgeable about the market, staging a home and real-estate contracts in Virginia. I have recommended Inderjeet to several friends over the years and continue to do so.

When I met Inderjeet Jumani years ago, she was so helpful!!! Right away you could tell she truly cared about finding you a home, not just about the sale. I have known Inderjeet Jumani for 8 years now. She has put me into three homes - two rentals and the most recent, I just closed on this week. The time I've ever lived in a home that I owned, as I was in the military for 30 years. Inderjeet is extremely responsive, attuned to your needs, likes and dislikes, not at all pushy, knows her business, and is well respected in the field. She is personally responsible for making my first home purchase seamless and smooth. I have recommended her to numerous friends over the years and she continues to provide expert advice, assistance, and always has your back. For first time buyers like me, who know little about the buying process, she kept everything in line and made sure I was protected all the way.
