Wow!!! There is so much to say but I'll try to keep it short. India is an awesome realtor. After being on the market for several months she helped me to land my dream house and took me to closing sooner than I expected. She made this very exciting yet nerve rocking process as calm and smooth as possible for me. There were times when I wanted to back out but she was right there encouraging me while offering her professional advise and expertise. Definitely would recommend! Even though I would want to keep her all to myself! Today it is hard to find a realtor with the combination of great customer service, phenomenal business etiquette, phenomenal problem solving skills, and a superb knowledge base of the industry. The thought of owning my own home has been a dream of mine since I was a child. When my husband and I started the home searching journey we were literally lost. In July I retained India Headly as my realtor, after speaking with several realtors working in my region. I chose to work with India based on her experience, stats and her knowledge of the market I was looking to buy in. As a first-time buyer I wanted to be sure to make the right decision when it came to choosing my realtor. India understood that I was focused on finding a good deal on an investment property that I could live in and create an income stream from.

We quickly found a property that met all of my needs and over the next 2.5 months India guided me through the buying process. It was a pleasure working with her. India is responsive, professional and a great resource — she connected me with a mortgage broker, home inspector and a licensed contractor.

We closed on time and without any hiccups! India was even able to negotiate a transaction that minimized my closing costs and allowed me to keep my cash available for my next investment acquisition. I look forward to working with India again on my next purchase.
