Ione helped my son and his girlfriend buy their first house at 19 years old. He was able to find a gorgeous house in their price range but still close enough for me to be comfortable. He answered all text and calls promptly. I loved that he sent recommended homes that had everything my son wanted and in his price range. There was no pressure at all, he took his time to make sure my son and his girlfriend were 100% satisfied. and always showed up with a smile. Ione made this experience great and I trusted him 100% in guiding my son in this purchase. thank you Ione!

On the behalf of me and my girlfriends experience working with Ione we have nothing but amazing experiences. From working with our busy schedules to sending us homes relevant to our likings, when we didn’t have time to search the market. And also not only helping us find a home but helping with the long process that comes with it. As a first time home buyer we were not sure of nor what to do after the acceptance, without Ione leading us in the steps we needed to follow i don’t think we would’ve been in our dream home today… Thanks Ione! Ione was able to make the selling of our house and the buying of our house a very smooth process. He was able to come and and stage the house to get the best pictures possible for our listing and was very active in driving traffic to the open house. When we a hit a bump in the road with the appraisal he helped us work through it and kept us very informed through every step. After the house being on the market for only 4 days, Ione was able to close the deal for us so that we could move forward with the purchase of our new home. I highly recommend have Ione on your team! He was able to make a stressful and scary (at times) process actually be fun and exciting!
