Ira is a top notch realtor! My wife and I are fortunate to have known Ira for years..he sold both of our parents their homes and told us he was the real deal. They could not have been more correct with that statement. Ira willingly made himself available to tour as many properties as possible regardless of time (I think we toured 15 or 16 properties!) Throughout the process, Ira demonstrated a willingness to answer questions, patience, and excitement when we found our home. There's no other realtor to go with...Ira is the only choice. Ira Mosher is an excellent real estate agent. First, he obtained the right analytical report of recent comparable sales prices for this location, based on which, a right listing price was determined, which incidentally was higher than the other real estate agents and yet determined on a sound basis. His presentation both in terms of pictures of the property and highlighting the plus points was superb. When it was found after a couple of weeks that the price needs to be reduced to bring in line with current market conditions, then after explaining this to me we agreed to reduce the listing price accordingly. This quickly brought in the desired buyer interest. In about a week the buyer finalized the deal quoting just $500 below the listing price. Ira conscientiously arranged for all the necessary repairs or remedial measures from tried, tested and reputable servicemen at the most reasonable prices, in the quickest possible time. Thanks to his wealth of experience and foresight, he was available to clarify and convince me on even the smallest issues to my entire satisfaction without ever losing patience, but with a smile. He followed up and coordinated all paperwork between all parties to the contract in the most efficient manner. All of his hard and efficient work from beginning to end brought about a successful closing. I would highly recommend him as a superb real estate agent.

Ira is the best realtor... he's such a kind person and possesses unparalleled thoughtfulness, patience, and a very realistic outlook. He also makes you feel like you're the only person he's working for. He sold both our houses and helped us find our new shared home, which we just came home from our trip to and found a little box of fall goodies he delivered to our porch.
