Irena was very pleasant to work with. She was very hands on with helping us sell our co-op apartment. She held several open houses just to move things faster along. She was determined, prompt, and kept us in the loop about everything that was going on, which was important to us! She was really stayed on top and called the board almost every day to speed up the approval process along. Thank you Irena for helping us!

Irena was nothing but professional! She was prompt, available and incredibly attentive throughout the whole rental process. When there was a hiccup with the co-op board, Irena was constantly on top of it daily until the issue was swiftly resolved. She really does go above and beyond for her clients. She is incredibly friendly and so so so supportive. She truly has the best interests of her clients at heart. Would definitely recommend using her if you’re looking for your perfect place!

Irena was very professional, always responsive, and most importantly, extremely patient and was always willing to go to extra mile to make sure our move in process went as smoothly and efficiently as possible. We told her exactly what we were looking for and she made sure all of our needs were met and at a very reasonable price as well. We had contacted her many times whenever we wouldn’t understand something and each and every time she would always be more than happy to explain to us no matter how many times it would take for us to understand and we really appreciated that. She understands everyone has different preferences and will always make sure your criteria is met. Working with Irena has been a wonderful experience and I would definitely work with her again in the future.

Dream Broker - Irena takes your business personally and does not stop until she gets the results. She was there to answer all questions I had about buying an apartment and was there every step of the way until the closing. She finds the answers, if she does not know them.
