As a first-time homebuyer with very limited knowledge about the process, I would have been very overwhelmed buying my first house during the crazy market of early 2021. Irina was very patient and took the time to help me understand the process. She was very professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. She helped me understand the pros and cons, possibilities, as well as strategies when in a situation. She kept me well-informed every step of the way and was very responsive to my concerns. Irina managed to find me a great deal that I still sometimes find hard to believe in this crazy market. I highly recommend her and will absolutely work with her again in the future.

Irina is a great agent to have. My experience was not the normal buying process due to the pandemic. I was traveling for work and had to do a lot of things remotely. Irina was responsive and reliable throughout my entire process. This was my first time buying a home. She was able to educate me on things I didn’t understand and communicate with important participants when I could not. She always went above and beyond regardless of how busy she got. Definitely will use her expertise in the future.

Irina is fabulous. I met her by chance when she responded to an on-line inquiry, and I’m so glad I did. She was incredibly patient and supportive as I was looking for “just the right” condo. She was very proactive about identifying new possibilities before they hit the market, and was the opposite of pushy, making sure I really thought things through before making an offer. When I finally found the perfect condo, she walked me through the pros and cons of every part of the offer package, and then tracked every step of the closing process to ensure everything went quickly and smoothly. I can’t recommend her highly enough.

We met Irina at an open house. She was very friendly and professional. Initially we were not sure how much we would like to have her to be our agent to find a house or condo. As time went by, we found she is very responsive and knowledgeable. It is not an easy process for my husband and I to agree on the size of the house or condo vs. the area with the budget we have. A few times we almost called out and wanted to give up continuing looking as we do not feel we can find something we both like to buy. Irina has been very patient and did not give us pressure, other than providing her professional opinions on various places we went to see ourselves or the ones she showed us. Hard to believe that we did find something we both like and we got a small row house in the historic area that we like to move to and enjoy! Thank you, Irina for everything you have done for us!!!
