My name is Irina and I have lived in Washington for 20 years and am a graduate of the University of Washington. After serving 10 years in the US Army as a Paralegal in the JAG Corps, I separated and pursued my marketing & project management career. Having acquired many different types of skills throughout my career has equipped me for success.
My love for Real Estate started during high school when my family purchased our first home in Redmond Ridge and involved me in decorating and upgrading our new home. Having a natural talent for interior design utilizing current trends made this process delightful.
I learned a ton from my parents over the years as they purchased many investment commercial and residential rental properties. That's when I figured out that my passion was in Real Estate and I knew I wanted to get into investing and selling Real Estate. I purchased my first property when I was 20 years old and after changing my career I becoming a licensed agent and began focusing on working with investors on flipper properties and commercial investments. It's incredibly rewarding to give homes a makeover and watch a new family move in and sink in their roots to raise their family.
Balance is essential so in my free time I enjoy spending time with friends and family, enjoying all of the outdoor activities here in the Northwest. During warmer months I love the thrill riding dirt bikes with my husband, boating with our lovely friends in Lake Chelan, playing tennis and soak up as much sun as possible at the beach. In colder months I enjoy watching the best new movies, working out and it's exhilarating carving the mountain on my snowboard.
Given that it is a competitive market for buyers and time is of the essence, I search for properties daily for all my clients and stay in great communication through the entire process. I'm always looking to grow my skills to stay current with the market changes and trends and continue to take courses and utilize a business coach who challenges me.
