I’m Iris Gonzales, a proud Seguin native and local real estate advisor serving Northeast San Antonio and the surrounding communities. Since settling in the Tri-County area in 2014, I’ve built my business around one simple goal—helping people move forward with confidence.

Beyond real estate, I stay deeply connected to the community through fitness and youth development. I’ve spent years teaching at the YMCA and working with local athletes, which has shaped my commitment to discipline, consistency, and showing up for people when it matters most.

When I’m not working with clients, you’ll usually find me outdoors—fishing, hiking, canoeing, or just enjoying time with family and friends.
