Iris Varlan

Real Estate has been a passion of mine for about 20 years. I started as a commercial real estate paralegal in Chicago right out of college. My husband and kids and I moved to Indiana 15 years ago and I worked as an assistant to an agent for about 3 years and got my license. Now I am an Associate Broker with McColly Real Estate and I really enjoy what I am doing. I have worked with many first time home buyers of all ages. I have listed several beautiful homes and had great success with getting my seller's the price they wanted. I am familiar with HUD and Fannie Mae and have great contacts with lenders to help get your loan in place. I am familiar with all of Northwest Indiana but like to focus on Crown Point, Valparaiso, Schererville, Boone Grove, Winfield, Lakes of Four Seasons, Chesterton, and Portage.
