Irlenne has been with the company since its inception and has worked closely with Teresita Shelton for 18 years. She is the office manager and a fully licensed real estate professional. Her work begins with ensuring that all associates are properly licensed and trained as well as keeping up with changes in real estate laws and regulations. All the company's real estate transactions ranging from leases to sales are handled by Irlenne and her staff. In addition, because of her background and experience, Irlenne plays an invaluable role in providing the partners and all the sales associates with the support needed to close their real estate transactions.
