I met Irma through my best friend who hired her in 1995. She bought a house with Irma's help, then sold it 18 years later and bought a new one. All with Irma! So working with her to sell and buy my homes was a no brainer. Best decision ever.

Irma not only knows real estate inside and out (her husband is also a commercial broker!) but she knows EVERYONE connected to real estate. All of the brokers, the attorneys, the mortgage brokers, inspectors - EVERYONE. There are a lot of people involved and having someone who has everyone on speed dial is so important.

And speaking of speed dial - Irma seemingly works 24/7 - send her a text, you're going to get a response. Have a question - she answers it. She is simply ON IT. Endless energy, great sense of humor and she knows how to close a deal. My house was sold two days after it went on the market and we talked through all of the offers - pros/cons - and made a decision. I bought at the same time and Irma helped manage inspections on both homes and all the other endless details.

Buying and selling homes involve huge (life changing) decisions - call Irma - she is concerned with you making the right move and being happy - never just a sale.

Irma sold me my first house in 1995. She patiently took me to a myriad of houses before I settled on my purchase and always with kindness and sincere generosity of her time.

After living there for close to 18 years, I hired Irma in 2013 to sell that first house. She had 9 offers for me in 7 days. This woman is a rock star!

She then sold the same house for the gentleman who bought it from me after he fired his first agent. Irma swooped in and landed the deal. Again in rapid time with multiple offers.

In 2016 she again landed me a deal on my latest purchase and she most recently sold my best friends house and negotiated her new purchase.

Irma is without a doubt one of the best agents in this area. Her knowledge and guidance through the process is above and beyond.

I highly recommend her.
