Spent time getting to know us so they could help us make a decision that was best for us. Expertly navigated us through a difficult deal. Made suggestions about things we hadn’t thought of as we went through open houses. Provided ample amount of data so we were comfortable with our decision. And the list goes on! Morgan and Isaiah are the dream team. From our first coffee, they were educational, straightforward but listened to our hopes and dreams without pressure to move forward or buy just to buy. I always thought realtors were there to help you find the right house and push through paperwork, but completely underestimated just how much they play a key role in getting the house and ensuring the deal goes through smoothly. We put in an offer on a home with twenty others, and were not the top offer. Because of the rapport they built with the selling agent, we got the house and when a few extraneous circumstances arose, they helped us navigate and decision make with ease. Beyond that, they truly care about their clients and celebrating them. We’ll call them friends for life and trust them immensely! My sister observed how much we loved working with them and without our prompting reached out to them. She and her fiancé just closed on her first home! They had just as great of an experience.

Isaiah and Morgan made what could potentially be the most stressful time, into an enjoyable experience.

From the prompt response times to getting us in to see homes quickly, they know the market and what it will take to get you in what you want. We have been continually impressed in the way they served us throughout the process, starting with being consultative in the beginning and letting us know what we should do up front to make the process as seamless as possible. They suggested houses for us and were trusted partners when putting in offers as to what will make us the most competitive, while also listening to our priorities.

Inspections were timely and they kept everything moving smoothly.

Isaiah and Morgan helped us get into our first home, and I cannot recommend them enough. They truly redefine what a home buying experience should be.

We worked with Isaiah and Morgan when selling our first home in Nov of 2020. They did a phenomenal job with the photography, drone footage, and video walkthrough video for the listing of our home. We had to list our home within 7 days of contacting them, due to us having signed a contract to purchase a new home. It only took a weekend of open houses and we received several offers above asking price. Ultimately, we were able to get above appraisal amount for our home and did not have to pay for any repairs. He worked well with the buyer’s difficult realtor and we were able to close on the sale of the home, before our needed deadline. I would highly recommend using Isaiah and Morgan for your home buying or selling needs, as they truly care about their clients.

Team Isaiah & Morgan Votaw - terrific!! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience selling our home. Isaiah & Morgan made it very easy for us. And, what a job they did presenting the property. The staging and the photos and videos - inside and out - were great. The colored handouts were really classy. They got excellent coverage on the internet and special placement in the Sunday Homes section of the paper. Of course, they handled the open houses and the tours with prospects. They were a pleasure to work with. They handled the Interfaces with the escrow and title companies so that we had a minimum to do. If a question came up they responded to our calls/texts almost immediately. They were relentless in chasing down a reluctant termite company that we had under contract. The whole process went very quickly. And, they got us 30% more than we had expected. We’d recommend them to anyone and everyone.

From the start, Isaiah and Morgan set themselves apart from other realtors. They were personable, transparent, and eager to help us achieve our goals. I felt at ease working with such a honest and hardworking team. As a first time home buyer, Isaiah was patient and thorough when explaining the entire process. They helped us look at homes all over San Diego County and accommodated our late work schedules. On one occasion, Isaiah even met with us around 7:30pm with a measuring tape to help us decide if a home would meet our needs. Isaiah and Morgan really care about their clients.
Isaiah is knowledgeable on how to make your offer competitive in this hot market. Even when a sellers' real estate agent was less responsive, Isaiah was assertive seeking the information we requested. Choosing Redefine Realty was the best decision we made in the home buying process. As first time home buyer’s, my wife and I did not know what we were exactly getting into, but that didn’t matter. Isaiah and Morgan were there every step of the way to make sure we were doing everything we needed to do and were informative throughout the process.

When purchasing a home you want to have the right team in your corner and we definitely had that with Redefine Realty. They went to battle for us and made sure we got a showing at our top choice homes.

The home we purchased we shouldn’t have gotten due to a full appointment list. Isaiah and Morgan didn’t take no for an answer and made sure we gots slot. This ended up being our new home.
