I was moving from Florida to Georgia and didn't know how I was going to find a new home. My lender here in Florida recommended Ms. Isia Orr from Hollow Realty in Georgia. I was skeptical at first as she was in GA and I was in FL and we had to find a way to make it work. Isia knows the Hinesville/Savannah area very well and was showing me houses immediately. She knows the structure of houses and was able to point out things in the house, the surrounding area and the community. She has an awesome office staff that is always available for any questions and or any paperwork you need processed. Where do I began!!! I called Isia for the sale of my Parents home early 2022 because she assisted me with a question for my own home a couple of years prior. She was very professional and even then, that had a lasting impression on me and my Husband. So when my Siblings and I made the hard decision to sale our childhood home, Isia was the first Realtor that came to mind. I contacted her and immediately, she was ready and available to help us. The sale of my Parents home has been a long journey, no fault of Isia's. The home needed a lot of work but had good bones. The home was priced fairly based on the Market. We received countless offers, went under contract about five times (maybe more, I lost count), only to have deal after deal fall thru. That was mostly because Investors and Flippers wanted to get something for nothing. I know they are in it to make money, but Isia had our best interest at heart. She would not even entertain ridiculous offers. She was in contact with us constantly and even when I had crazy questions, she was always available to answer. I was somewhat surprised and elated that she stuck with us! I think that other Realtors would have given up and tell us to go with the next offer that came along. But she wouldn't give up! If a deal didn't make sense, she said we would wait for the next one. So, we trusted her and we finally sold the house. It was bitter sweet! We were glad the process was over but then at the same time, sad to let go of the home we had so many great memories in. Our Parents were the best. Isia and her Team at Fox Hollow Realty made this experience an easy one. If you are looking to sell a home or even buy a home, I highly and strongly recommend Isia! She is friendly, easy to talk to. She treats you just like family! Me and my Siblings will forever be grateful to her for assisting us with this sale. Thank you Isia!

I could write a book about the amazing experience I had with working with Isia. She is by far the most passionate, professional, and down to earth realtor. I first worked with Isia last year (beginning of 2018) however I was nervous about purchasing a home so i backed out. She didn't pressure me but would check in to see how I was doing. Finally, late this year (2019) I decided to give it another shot with purchasing a home. i reached out to Isia and she remembered me.
