About Ivellies

I grew up on the island of Puerto Rico where I earned a Bachelor’s degree at the University of Puerto Rico. I lived in south Florida for eight years. Georgia has been my home for the last 14 years. I currently live in Buford with my husband, who is an Atlanta native, my niece, and my two adorable Beagles. I earned my MBA while working full-time in Corporate America. Then, I worked as a mortgage banker for over three years where I learned all of the financial aspects of real estate transactions. For three years, I was a Buyer’s Agent on the number one team at RE/MAX in Georgia. I have also been a listing agent for new home construction.
