My wife and I recently hired Ivette Chavez from Western Pioneer Financial & Properties to help us sell our 3 BR/2.5 BA condo. Ivette was extremely professional, highly knowledgeable and very helpful during this process. Selling a property can be a very stressful event filled with various unknowns. Ivette made herself available for questions or concerns 24/7 and went well out of her way making our experience as comfortable as possible. Not only would we use Ivette’s services again but we would recommend her to all of our friends and family without hesitation. Ivette was the best realtor I have ever met. She truly cares about you finding the right home for you and your family. She is the type of realtor who will encourage you to not settle for something you do not like or see yourself in for a long time. Specially during this challenging times of housing war bidding, in which many buyers find the process discouraging and exhausting. The best part about her services are not only her negotiating skills but also how involved she is in the entire process, she definitely looked out for my family throughout the process and even after we had received our keys. We hired Ivette as our Realtor the beginning of 2022. As soon as we began to interact with her we knew she was knowledgeable and would do what she needed to for us, her clients. I always hesitated when reaching out to a Realtor because of the vigorous paperwork they bombarded me with at the very beginning of the process, but not Ivette.
She guided us through the entire process and made everything as easy as possible. Every time we reached out to her she responded promptly and if we needed further clarification she never hesitated to answer our phone calls. Last but not least, she knew our current home was "The One" as soon as we walked in the front door. Ivette did everything in her power to get our offer accepted and make our dream a reality. Ivette Chavez Really came through for us on bringing the “Thought” of owning Our own home a Reality! She Kept us Posted on Everything that was happening with txt’s, e-mail’s, & call’s at Any Given Time. Honestly there were a few hiccups, as in a lot of times, those things happen, but when they did, She was there, quickly, Reassuring, & Present and with Compensation & That was Everything to me.
