JC was the agent for the house we purchased last January. JC helped us through the bidding process, it was essentially a multiple back and forth situation that he navigated with the ultimate result of us ending up with the home we love! This guy is amazing call JC you will not regret it!!!

In 2002 I bought my 1st Home, I was 23 years old at the time buying a "for sale by owner" Home, I didn't know about Home inspections or taxes, appraisals, repairs etc. JC wasn't my agent (he wasn't an agent at the time) but was concerned that I was just YOLO on my 1st home, That right there is what makes him special. He started calling agents he knew and got one of them to help me out for free!!!

We've become good friends, since then as far as anything real estate related this guy is a gem.

I've recommended JC to all my friends and family, they all continue to recommend and use his services. JC has helped me and my immediate family with 8 real estate transactions, one of those transactions being an all cash offer of 975k without even being put on the market, 7% above what we were planning to list it for. So yeah he's 100% my 1st and only choice.
