Jack Cardinal

Jack A. Cardinal is a Managing Director of Cooper, Cardinal and Company LLC and one of its Co-Founders. In this position, Jack quarterbacks and leads the client relationship and advocacy process as the main client point of contact at Cooper, Cardinal, and Company. Jack currently is a licensed real estate agent in Arizona. Prior to co-founding Cooper, Cardinal and Company, Jack was part of family-owned real estate business that invested in, operated, and sold over five thousand multifamily apartment units. Jack holds a B.A. from Wilmington College, where he was a varsity 4x letter winner in wrestling.

Jack’s “whatever it takes” approach and knowledge of the market is a valuable asset to Cooper Cardinal clients. Mr. Cardinal’s work ethic and his hands-on experience in the daily operations of multi-family real estate is why Jack has been able to effectively connect with a diverse client base and integrate successful value add strategies for clients. Jack aggressively stays focused on new cutting edge strategies in multi-family operations and enjoys sharing that information with his clients. Jack view’s his relationship with Cooper Cardinal clients as one of being a strategic long-term advisor and consultant rather than transactional in nature.

Throughout his career, Jack has been extremely focused on helping principals with the basic fundamentals of cutting cost and raising revenue. To further that end, Jack has been actively involved in affiliation with one of the nation’s premier ATPC real estate tax firms focusing exclusively on property tax reduction. Over the past 5 years, the APTC real estate tax firm has been able to save clients over two billion dollars in reduced assessments, having coverage throughout the United States and Canada. In addition, Jack has significant relationships with communications firms, utility conservation firms, construction firms, and other special consultants and vendors who can create value for a real estate community by increasing cash flow as well as property value.
