My wife and I went to Myrtle Beach with the intention of buying an investment property. We worked with several realtors with varying degrees of success. When we found Jack, it was a different ball game. He is extremely knowledgeable about Myrtle Beach, particularly in the area of investment properties. He was able to listen to our vision of what we were trying to do and quickly pin point the appropriate neighborhoods we should be looking in. He was more than generous with his time, making himself available basically on call.
Although we have not found our perfect investment property yet (due to the extenuating circumstances outside of Jack’s control), we will continue looking in the near future and will continue our relationship with Jack.
I highly recommend Jack for all of the above qualities discussed.
