About Jack
Jack brings his variety of experiences and extensive knowledge to every potential deal to help better serve buyers and sellers. As a licensed real estate broker associate and a second-generation Tampa real estate professional, he has been involved in land transactions across Central Florida totaling over 5,000 acres.
Jack began his career in real estate as a financial analyst with Sage Partners, LLC, a tax credit developer whose principals have developed over 12,000 affordable housing units. Through this unique path, he gained valuable experience in many aspects of development, including operations analysis and reporting to equity partners and lenders. His experience extends also to the construction business where he worked as an Assistant Superintendent with First Florida Building Corporation.
Jack graduated from the Harbert College of Business at Auburn University with a degree in Business Administration. He served as the 2021 President of the Florida CCIM West Coast District, is a board member of the Real Estate Investment Council (REIC), is the past co-chair of the Urban Land Institute's (ULI) Young Leaders Group, and is an active member of the Realtors Land Institute (RLI) and Florida Gulf Coast Association of Realtors (FGCAR). Jack has earned the designations of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and Accredited Land Consultant (ALC).
