My experience working with Jack Rosati has been incredible. About 8 years ago he helped me sell my house and buy my townhouse. We became friends and he gave me great advice. I recently bought a new house and again Jack has made this experience quick, easy, and seamless. He's knowledgeable and will steer you in the right direction. I recommend him to everyone I know. You won't regret hiring him as your realtor!

Wow! 23 years ago, we couldn't find a buyer for our house. We found Jack, he sold it in two weeks and helped us find the house we lived in from then until now. Once again, we want to thank Jack for the outstanding service he provided to us in our recent move to North Carolina. From selling our house in Rochester, to conducting research to find a great team in the Charlotte area to work with us, to being available to answer questions in language we could understand. He went above and beyond to offer support as we made our way through the process. We are grateful for his professionalism as well as the friendship that evolved over the years..

After 30+ years he's very knowledgeable in real estate, but also very knowledgeable in home maintenance etc. He was willing to help in anyway to make the process less stressful. Jack is an amazing realtor to work with. I was clueless where to even start as this was my first time purchasing a home. He is very knowledgable and provided me with all the information/education I needed and explained the process in a way I could understand. He is also very up to date and was very honest from the beginning about how the market is right now and how/which things were different from typical times. Jack has great open availability, it honestly felt like he dropped whatever he was doing whenever I wanted to see a house- not to mention I think we might of hit every suburb of Rochester in 1 day at some point. He made buying my first house the least amount stressful as it possibly could be. I would definitely recommend Jack if you are looking to purchase or sell a house!

Jack has listed and better SOLD a bunch of properties in the passed ten years or so for me, he's sharp knows the market well and gets the job done in a professional manor. If your looking to get the job done Jacks the realtor to hire. He also helped me buy homes and not get ripped off getting me deals no-one else would push for.

It is a true pleasure to provide this review about Jack Rosati. We live 1500 miles away, so a relocation to the Rochester area was a considerable challenge. Our search was done all virtually. Given this and the hot market, we believe that we would not have been successful in finding a home that suited our desires perfectly. If not for Jack’s professionalism, responsiveness, and skill, plus his deep and significant knowledge of the area we would have lost out. Lots of realtors like to say they do all this, but Jack actually lives by it.

He gave us expert guidance and thoroughly answered our questions, making us feel important enough to always work us in, no matter what he was doing. No question was too insignificant. Jack listened carefully, and had the remarkable ability to interpret our wishes (even the ones that we had some trouble defining) to scout good prospects for us to look at. He was patient with us and considerate of our not being able to physically be there to look The filters he set generated good prospects and no time-wasters. We asked for and got, three complete walk-throughs of the house we purchased. He knew what to look for, asked clarifying questions of us and actually referred to our priorities throughout the process. Did we say enough times that he actually LISTENS? He is “aces” on that!

He was generous with his time and tireless in his assistance to us. We have a strong feeling that he treats everyone the same way.

Best of all, Jack is kind and has loads of integrity, which really matters. We will use him again and will be recommending him to others.

I met Jack at an open house and kept his card. When I got ready to get serious, he was the first one I thought of. He quickly found some great listings and accommodated our viewing schedule, giving up both Saturdays and Sundays in the process. He was very responsive and just great to work with. Over the course of a couple weeks, I left Jack two voice mails and sent him two emails (via Zillow) and have yet to receive a response.

Addendum: Since my original review, Jack contacted me and offered to help me find a home in my price range and specifications. He also created an MLS online search for me, and has been pleasant to work with.

Jack is fantastic to work with. Four years ago he told us exactly what to do to get the house of our dreams! This house was going auction when we found it. Jack's knowledge and experience took an impossible dream and made it our reality. He did his research to price compare a unique property and was able to suggest an offer that wouldn't be refused. The seller accepted our offer and stopped the house from going to auction. We were not able to move in for 4 years, but we are in now and couldn't be happier. Jack always knows his stuff and does his research. If we ever need to move again we will use him. We recommend him to everyone we know.

This is the second home I have purchased with Jack's help. We spent a year upgrading our home so that we could get the best price. Jack guided us throughout the process, including recommending contractors and making suggestions to entice the buyers in our market segment. He was also very responsive in assisting us with the whole buying process. Our house sold in three days for substantially more than asking, which covered our upgrade costs and more.

I would highly recommend Jack Rosati for anyone considering a home sale or purchase. He is a nice guy too!

If you want a polite considerate knowledgeable motivated realtor then you need to give Jack Rosoti a call. I’ve worked with five other realtors in the past and Jack stands significantly above them all, I only wish I would have met him fifteen years ago. Jack also keeps you updated at all times there’s no sitting around wondering what’s happening with the whole process and he never assumes that you know everything. Jack Rosoti is a very thorough and Professional Realtor that excels in his business.

He listened to all the things I wanted and needed in a home, was available at the drop for a hat when a listing popped up that I wanted to see, and has walked me through the home buying experience.
