We decided to move to a new location. We were given the opportunity to interview a number of realtors to work with us in selling and purchasing both properties. We had to move to a new state for work and Gail proved she was ready to sell my home. Within a day of meeting her I got professional pics and viewings. The house sold after a week if being listed. Very professional and a huge help to get me through my anxiety from everything I was dealing with. Awesome business lady and A+ human being.

I was first introduced to Gail Foster by a friend and I am forever grateful that I signed with her both for the sale of my home and for help in finding me a condo. She worked diligently to get me the best price on both places. Gail is a very hard working and honest person and one cannot go wrong in letting Gail help with all your real estate needs. I met Gail Foster after I had worked with 5 other realtors during a 1-year search for my dream home.
I spoke to Gail once on the phone and she asked me what I was looking for. And, what was the one thing I could not do without. I told her I wanted.a real dining room, large enough to fit my dining table that had 2 leaves that I had not been able to use since I bought it. Gail "got what I was saying" in one.
That evening, Gail sent me a listing, with photos.
Not only was the dining room large enough for my table, but the home also had a fireplace and a master suite with a soaking tub. Not mandatory by any means, but pretty nice to have!
We viewed the home the next day and I put in a bid Iin.There was a bidding war, and Gail advised me how to do "incremental bidding,"where I could bid in $500 increments over the other 2 bidders' top prices. Thanks to Gail, I ionly had to pay $1,000 more than my initial bid. Without Gail, I would have offered a full $5,000 over my initial bid. Gail's expertise prevented me from wasting my money.
I have now been living in my home for 6 years and am completely thrilled with it. None of the other realtors even could find where this neighborhood was. Gail listens well and then zooms in on what is a perfect match for you. I owe her a debt of gratitude.
