Jacki was absolutely the best realtor we have had in our 6 home purchases/sales. She worked as our realtor when buying our home and then had the challenge of sellling the same home 10 months later when the job took us elsewhere (during Corona no less). She was extrememly professional and knows the business of selling homes in Lake Saint Louis, MO. She was great at managing expectations and ensured we got a fair price and didn't take a huge loss. Bottom line...she knows the market, she knows how to prep a home to sell, and she was excellent at communicating with us throughout the process. She arranged to close on the sale of the house early to get us out of town. She tells it like it is and goes above and beyond to ensure your house sells! Top notch Jacki, honestly the best!

Jacki Swartz is an extremely motivated realtor.. Jacki has sold two of our houses in record time. Between Jacki and Tori they were able to get our last home market ready in two weeks ! At our one and only open house it sold that day after several offers, for more that we were asking.!! Once Jacki gets started she takes care of everything. She is very quick at getting back with answers to questions. If anything comes up she will guide you through it. Jacki was encouraging and extremely professional. If we ever move back to Mo. Jacki will be the agent we will call.
