About Jacki
If you’re here, welcome! You must be looking into who I am, where I come from, what I stand for, and how I do business. So here’s my story: I’ve been in the real estate industry since 2002. I decided to get my real estate license so I could represent myself in building my real estate investment portfolio. But the strangest thing happened. I fell in love with the ins and outs of real estate. I say it’s strange because I’m a Creative with a professional background in Sales and Marketing/Advertising and a major in Dance with a concentration in Choreography. For the legalities and intricacies of real estate to grab me the way it did? Hey, who knew?
So I began working with clients as a full time Realtor. I put my marketing background to use on my clients’ behalf. What I found was that real estate was rewarding, challenging and fun all at the same time. There’s nothing like walking my clients through the process and seeing them happy at the close of escrow. Through my years in the real estate industry, I took my experience as a successful real estate agent and my marketing background and became a Special Operations Manager at a title company owned by Fortune 150 Company Lennar. I’ve worked with several real estate brokerages on their branding, mortgage banker AmeriFirst Financial as a Marketing Strategist, and have coached hundreds of real estate agents to success in their career as a Real Estate Success Coach.
I specialize in working with vacation home owners, especially those who want to rent out their vacation home when they’re not using it themselves. It’s a joy for me to help my clients attain vacation homes, and helping them offset the costs by using it as an investment at the same time. But that doesn’t mean those are the ONLY clients I work with! From first time homebuyers to seasoned investors, I’m passionate about putting my expertise to work to help make my clients’ dreams come true!
I'm married to Mark Tait, also a Realtor on Team Three 23. We have 2 adult daughters who we are VERY proud of. We have our Portuguese Water Dog, Zoe, at home with us. We love to travel, hike, play pickleball, and explore new
Together, my husband and I are also real estate investors and second home owners. Over the years we have enjoyed helping clients with their own personal residences, their second homes, and building up their real estate investment portfolio in Arizona. I also hold the CLHMS designation (Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist) through the Luxury Home Marketing Institute.
As a multi-market real estate agent with Realty ONE Group Mountain Desert, I work with buyers and sellers in Northern Arizona - from the greater Flagstaff, AZ area to the Verde Valley.

A Year Later, Still Grateful — Because the Story Keeps Getting Better
This review might be a year late, but I’m glad it is—because I’ve had a whole year to see just how deeply Stacey’s impact stuck with our family. When my husband, our two-year-old daughter, and I were searching for our forever home here in Flagstaff, we had no idea we’d end up finding not just a house—but a community for life.
I actually found Stacey by chance online. She wasn’t even the listing agent for the home we first wanted to see, but she didn’t hesitate for a second. She jumped right in, and from that moment on, we hit the jackpot.
Buying a home in a mountain town like Flagstaff—especially when you’re living three hours away—isn’t for the faint of heart. Our move had its share of bumps (because no long-distance move ever goes perfectly, right?), but Stacey was there through every twist in the road. Her calm confidence, her command of every document and inspection detail, and her intuitive negotiating skills made the whole process smoother than the switchbacks on 89A.
And she wasn’t just a great realtor—she was a genuinely kind human. During our visits, when our daughter would want to explore instead of touring houses, Stacey was right there keeping her entertained so we could really take things in. The day we finally got the keys, we walked into our new home to find thoughtful gifts from Stacey—personal touches based on little things I’d mentioned in passing. That’s who she is: someone who listens, remembers, and cares. I’ll always remember that moment because Stacey helped make it that much more memorable.
Now, a year later, our story with Stacey has come full circle. Her daughter babysits ours! That says everything about the kind of person Stacey is—trustworthy, compassionate, and rooted in this community.
If you’re looking for the perfect agent in this special little mountain town or the surrounding area—someone who knows Flagstaff like a local, works like a pro, and cares like a friend—look no further than Stacey Ehrenreich, REALTOR®, CLHMS, Lead Agent, Team Three 23, Realty One Group Mountain Desert. She’s the real deal—Flagstaff grit, mountain heart, and authenticity.

Stacey for the win! We are forever grateful to Stacey for helping us find and secure our dream home in such a competitive market. She met with us on short notice, always made time for our questions, and kept us fully informed every step of the way. Her professionalism, warmth and sense of humor turned what could be a stressful process into an enjoyable one. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide or advocate. Stacey is an extraordinarily talented agent, she earns our highest recommendation.

Hard Worker, Good Counsel and Great Result. I first met Jacki when I decided that it was time to sell my long time Munds Park cabin in June of 2025. I was now in my nineties and had moved from Arizona to Michigan a couple of years prior to be near family after experiencing some medical problems. The cabin was unused and, after some long reflection, I decided that a new family should be enjoying it instead of it just sitting vacant. I convinced my Michigan son, who I'm sure instantly regretted his decision, to fly back to Arizona with me for a long week to get the cabin listed for sale. He did some internet research of area real estate agents and arranged some interviews for during our time there. That was when I first met Jacki. All of the agents we interviewed came across as knowledgeable and eager but what stood out about Jacki was her extensive knowledge of the local market, her honest assessment of the cabin and, most of all, she didn't even hesitate at the prospect of all of the extra work that she would have to put forth to arrange a sale from such a long distance, not to mention, one involving a person who doesn't process information as fast as I used to. I hired Jacki that week and we went to market with the season already half over and in a "Buyer's Market". Jacki quickly went to work with all of her state of the art marketing and photography and kept me informed, always offering sound advice and options while allowing me to decide, although her gentle suggestions would always win out. But where Jacki really shined and, literally, carried the sale across the finish line was after I accepted an offer but then had to address some home inspection issues before the sale could proceed. Contracting house repair work in Munds Park is not an endeavor for the timid and is even more daunting if you are trying to do it from another state. But Jacki stepped in and with her many years of dealing with the local market, was able to arrange the necessary repairs in a timely manner. And she got me a good price!
