We have been fortunate to have several home buying/selling experiences, and worked with 5 realtors through the years. Jackie was the best. She was exceptional! We had several monkey wrenches thrown into the process by the lender and by the other party, and Jackie handled them for us with the utmost expertise while maintaining prompt excellent communication. Jackie is beyond fantastic. She is thoughtful, patient, fair, and landed us our dream home. In a crowded and unstable market, she helped us understand the area and act quickly on the right house for us.

We were moving from out of state, and she was able to facilitate viewings (in some instances doing video tours for us) and broker a complex and nuanced deal with the sellers. She took the time to learn what all parties needed, and I have no doubt she is the best in the business.

Jackie is an angel on earth! She assisted my mother with the selling of my childhood home. As a lifelong resident of Eugene she knows this area and the market! From the first time we contacted her, through getting it listed, to showing and negotiating with potential buyers we felt we were in the best hands to oversee the whole process. Jackie went above and beyond to help my Mom with all the paperwork, signings and even met her at the bank on more than one occasion to make sure she was comfortable with all the details.
