As a native of North Carolina who lived in Metro Washington, DC for over thirty some years I have a keen prospectus on helping customers who are relocating to the Charlotte Metro area. I can assist with the association of the character of an area location with where they are moving from. This has proven to be a real assest with my Buyers who have moved to this area.

I have a strong awareness of the foreclosure market to help investors and first time Buyers sort out the properties which will give immediate equity. My previous experience of asset management helps with my investor Clients and make this skilled search of homes very important on both accounts. I like to help FIrst time Buyers get the deals and help educate them on how to think of the first home as their springboard to becoming future property landlords.
