There are good realtors and then there are great realtors. Well, Jackie Edwards from Weichert Realtors is neither. She is a superb realtor!

Jackie was referred to my wife and I by my niece who are long time friends and we’re very grateful she did. This was our first time experience buying a brand new home construction build, which meant there was a lot of info to consider and absorb in choosing a home in a new state in North Myrtle Beach, SC area, coming from NY (Long Island).

Once we learned about this beautiful new development community from my family members that live nearby, Jackie helped us finally decide on the area to be our new home.

While assisting us entirely remotely (via FaceTime, texting, etc. ), Jackie guided us through the whole process from explaining the initial builder’s purchase agreement to the final walkthrough with such genuine concern as if she was buying the home for herself.
She was always proactive, providing excellent follow up communications with us by quickly answering any questions/concerns we had between the builder’s (DR Horton) local agent and the GC (General Contractor) Project Mgr.

After all her exceptional efforts that resulted in us choosing the right builder and community for our new home, we highly recommend Jackie Edwards to anyone that is looking for a realtor with high integrity, and strong focus on providing exceptional customer service to make buying your home, a seamless and stress free experience.

Jackie is awesome!!! Every single house we wanted to see, she made time for us to see it THAT day! Even when we wanted to add a house to our itinerary at the last minute, she made it happen with no notice. Even though she is so busy, you don’t notice because she treats you like you’re her only client! She provided us with great advice, which caused us to get the first house we bid on. In THIS market! Buying was seamless and easy and we could not be more thrilled with our house. Highly recommend Jackie! She’s a sweetheart and even got us the cutest housewarming gift!

Jackie Edwards is the best real estate agent I’ve ever met. I bought my first home with her and I have also sold a home with her. Jackie is a communication expert. She responds to texts, emails, and phone calls promptly and is always great about fully explaining what is happening and what to do next. Due to her level of experience and knowledge of the housing market, I fully trust her opinions and advice. When buying, my wife and I came to Jackie with a checklist of what we wanted in a home. She was quick to find houses that met our needs and did not waste our time with homes that didn’t meet our minimum requirements. When selling, she sat down with us and laid out the entire process from start-to-finish as to how to prepare and sell a home. She conducted in-depth research of the housing market during that time frame and gave us sound advice related to pricing and what to expect. On both sides, selling and buying, Jackie proficiently negotiated on our behalf and professionally represented our concerns and/or positions with the other real estate agents, lenders, and inspectors. Another benefit to working with her is that she remains incredibly organized. Timelines, deadlines, appointments, and everything in between - Jackie is aware and on top of the tasks and goals.

Jackie Edwards is trustworthy, kind, professional, efficient, and in my opinion, sets the standard for what a real estate agent should be. If you get the opportunity to work with her, do it. You will not regret it.

A true professional at her trade, Jackie Edwards is the type of realtor that every person wishes they had. I thought that being a northerner from Pennsylvania would deter her from selling me on what I wanted. No sir, she was so attentive on what I was looking for & gave me several options to boot. I was pleasantly surprised on her openness on all the places we looked at... she knew what I was interested in & came forward with a great price as well. I’m now out of the cold north & enjoying my condo down by the beach in South Carolina. I know these are crazy times in the real estate business & if you want a realtor to help knock off that word crazy in your buying experience, Jackie Edwards is the agent I recommend.

Jackie was fantastic to work with. We were new to the area and she was able to help us understand the different parts to Myrtle Beach. She understood the market and was responsive to all our many needs. She was willing both listen and contribute when need in the decision making process. Many people say that buying a house is one of the most stressful things.
Now imagine buying a home in another state than you live in currently nearly 4 hours away. Jackie helped take all that stress away by listening to our needs, finding homes based on that, being very organized, and detail oriented. We have bought a few homes in our past but this was by far one of the best experiences and Jackie was the reason. If you are looking to buy in the area, she is the best.

What can I say, Jackie is so amazing, she sold my sister and mom an amazing condo, exactly one year later she found me my dream channel home- then one year almost to the day she found my niece her dream home and a week later my nephew an amazing condo!! 4 homes in 3 years, Jackie is so responsive, easy to work with and honest.
