Jacob Altshuler

Mr. Jacob Altshuler holds a BA from the University of Maryland, College Park, a JD from the University of Maryland School of Law, and has completed a variety of certificate coursework, executive education, certifications, and designations in real estate, asset management, banking, and investments. Additionally, he was admitted to and completed coursework in the MS, Finance Program at Johns Hopkins University.

Mr. Altshuler’s professional experience includes previously serving as Senior Vice President & General Counsel at a privately-held real estate investment, management, and development firm holding a diverse portfolio of assets, including multifamily, hotel, land, single-family, and office properties. He also previously served as General Counsel for a Baltimore-based real estate brokerage. Earlier in his career, among other positions, he served as law clerk to the Chief Judge of the Maryland Tax Court.

In addition to his role as CAO, Mr. Jacob Altshuler maintains a law practice with a transactional law firm and serves as a Board Member on a Maryland State Board.
