I rarely write reviews, but I cannot recommend working with Jake enough. I was nervous and overwhelmed by the prospect of buying my first home, but from start to finish, Jake’s expertise on the areas I was interested in, the listings he organized, the lender he recommend, the deal he got me and his overall management of the process from end to end was flawless. I genuinely felt like he always had my best interests at heart, and loved that he was 100% available based on my schedule. Do yourself a favor and call him!

The best agent ever! Like, seriously. THE. BEST.

Jake was awesome! I am a first-time home-buyer and would be the first to admit that I had no idea what I was doing. Jake was patient, knowledgable, answered all my (probably dumb) questions, professional, helpful when I was feeling stressed out, and was able to work with my relatively low budget for the Seattle area. He was always on my side and made what can be a very stressful process basically no stress at all. He always made time for me even though I know I wasn't his only client. And Jake worked HARD to have me close on time when it looked like it would have to be pushed back a couple days due to documentation and reviewal periods. I would 100% recommend Jake as a realtor to anyone looking in the Seattle area and I hope to work with him again!
