About Jacob

I was born and raised in Central Florida. Being the third generation in my family’s real estate company, it was impressed upon me that in order to be successful, I needed to start from the bottom and work my way up. Whether it was picking up trash before showings or selling million dollar properties, it was important to learn all aspects of real estate.

I graduated from Rollins College in 2004 with a degree in Economics. Since then, I have been managing the day-to-day operations as the broker of RE/MAX PIONEER as well as Pioneer Realty of Florida and Poinciana and Innovation Property Management, Inc. I also hold licenses for Licensed Community Association Manager and Certified Distressed Property Expert.

Community service has always been a top priority in my family. I proudly serve on several boards throughout Central Florida including, the Kinneret Council on Aging, Poinciana Area Council, and Osceola County Association of Realtors.

I am proud to be a native Floridian with local ties since the 1950’s!
