Jackie helped us find a house we love! She was very patient with us, as it took us longer than expected to make the official move to Florida. As a closer for a Title Company, I work with many realtors all over the state and Jackie, by far is the most professional, knowledgeable, and diligent realtor out there. Her professionalism and knowledge gives her the ability to anticipate a glitch, address it, and prevent it from becoming an issue. Jackie was such a dedicated realtor. My sister and I , who both live in NY, were selling my moms condo in Naples. Jackie was there throughout the whole process. She knew people to do some small fixes and she was there to meet them. She also put out her own money and I repaid her. I definite could not have sold my moms condo without her help and support.

I can't say enough good things about Jackie, both professionally and personally. We had a nightmare of a builder/lawyer to deal with on my first attempt. Jackie protected my end of the contract till we decided to cancel the purchase. Jackie puts the client first, not her commission.
The second and final deal went thru with ease. Jackie returns calls or texts immediately and is always cheerful, no matter what kind of a day she is having.

We worked with Jackie to find a home in Naples where we are planning to retire. I have worked with other agents before and none of them compare to Jackie. When we weren’t able to see a home in person, Jackie would tour a home, video tape it and give us honest feedback. She looked at every detail of the house and knew what to look for. She was very honest and would even tell us when a house needed a lot of work or something didn’t look right. She wasn’t looking for a quick sale. She wanted to help us find the right house for us and was very patient. In the end, we got a house we love and recommend Jackie to all our friends and family.

My wife and I started looking for a home remotely from IL in Naples, FL, in March of 2020. In the process we heard about Jackie Maglio and decided to use her to do all the pre-visit advance "scouting." She quickly learned what we wanted regarding the home and cost. We came down in June 2020 for a vacation and to look at homes. Jackie took us to homes in a few developments. Her knowledge of the market was amazing. Once we identified the home we wanted, she helped us set the bid price and we feel she was right on. The seller accepted our bid for a home in Winding Cypress and we closed on July 28, 2020. Jackie is the ultimate pro. She made the house showing appointments and was punctual and gave us exact directions to the homes. Once we got the home we wanted she did a great job working with the inspector and the seller's realtor. It was a very comfortable process. Then, after the close we were in our home up north and asked Jackie to help us with a mobile phone issue in Naples. She went to the provider and resolved the issue! Since our purchase she has stayed in touch to ensure everything is fine. We've bought and sold homes 4 times before and we'd use Jackie in heartbeat if we need to again. She knows the market and works diligently to find the perfect home, which she did for us. We strongly encourage you to give her a try - you will be impressed!
