My wife and I decided to try Orchard’s buy-first program when we made the decision to move in April 2022. We were introduced to Jackie Menefee as our buyer’s agent while we looked for homes through the Orchard process. In the past, I have had less than stellar experiences with real estate agents, so I approached Jackie with some caution and skepticism. It did not take long for me to appreciate Jackie’s effectiveness. The thing that really stood out for me is she is a seasoned professional. She did everything she said she would do in a concise, efficient manner. Her meet and deal skills were excellent. Jacqueline is a top notch agent, with excellent advice and A-rated communications. My wife and I, heard about Orchard's move first program. Traditional showings just weren't an option for us, with work and a dog. After our first Zoom meeting with Jacqueline, the whole process was explained in detail with the ability to login into your dashboard. That walks you through step by step, mean while Ms. Jackie is a text, email or call away with quick responses. I can not say enough good things about my experience with Jackie Menfree at Orchard. I wasn't even sure I was going to sell/buy a new home before I spoke with Jackie. She came out to the house and presented their offering and she explained everything in detail and I was in. It took 8 months to build my new house and Jackie was there with me every step of the way. In a city filled with real estate agents, Jackie is truly a REAL agent. She is always the quintessential professional. She’s both patient and attentive. Personality and professionalism are key to conducting any business. Jackie’s communication and awareness of the market along with being transparent about what makes sense is why we trust her. This is why we refer her to anyone who’s in the market for buying or selling a home.

My husband and I have entrusted her with our last two home purchases. She listens to what we want, offers solid suggestions, and remains communicative in a deadline driven profession. Most recently we had a very challenging experience with finding a condo purchase for my mom to live close to us. We probably considered buying more than 20 condos!! From HOA managers who were less than professional, to misleading information from listing agents regarding the property, to bidding wars with other buyers — Jackie remained patient and encouraging. Never once did she force us to rush into a contract. Deals were offered same day on condos just listed and falling apart just as quickly as we would be standing in a place that previously had no showings but the moment we toured she had to share “the listing agent says there are 3 other offers.” It was a discouraging process but because of Jackie we did not quit, and we ended up with the most sound investment that checked off 90% of what we wanted to buy!! Note: The 10% will be quickly remedied when we renovate the condo floors and bathrooms.

It’s our first time purchasing our own home and Jackie really helped a lot getting it done. She sent us the listing reports of different regions based on our budget, helped check the availability of homes we would like to tour, told us which part of the home was original/new or need repair. We found the home we purchased on our third tour. She helped schedule the home inspection, radon, and termite test.
