Look no further for a Real Estate agent. From day one, Jacky was patient, kind, and helpful in helping me find my 1st home. I was overwhelmed with the entire process seeing how it was my first time but, Jacky guided me and was prompt in answering any questions I had. After working with her, I feel like I have a better grasp of the Tampa Real Estate market and the home buying process. Jacky is a true professional and I will work with her again. I was looking into purchasing a townhome, condo or similar, in the area just west of the University of Tampa. My son is a student, and looking to move off campus next year with several of his friends. We had been looking on zillow over the holiday break, which gave us a pretty good idea of the area we wanted to be in, as well as what was on the market.

We filled out some information on one of the homes we liked, and I would say it was within the hour that Jacqueline Schroeder reached out to us by email, and then she followed up by phone. I am a relatively stubborn person, and really was just interested at the time in the unit we were inquiring about. But Jacqueline asked a lot of great questions about what we were looking for, and began literally right away to send comparable options to gauge our interests and learn more about what we liked.

While admittedly stubborn, we’re also very decisive. Along with Jacqueline’s guidance, we narrowed it down to a pair of units that we wanted to see… and I joined my son on his trip back to school in late January and only had a few hour window to visit the properties. Jacqueline made the visits work in my tight window, and was a real asset in showing the properties and helping us compare and contrast.

I believe we asked her to make an offer, and within a day or two we had a signed deal. From that point, Jacqueline helped move the deal forward as a liaison with the title company, helped with all relevant information about utilities, helped recommend inspectors and set that up as I was not in Tampa, organized a final walkthrough, and really was instrumental in helping us find a really great property in a very competitive market!

I come from a world where I consider myself fairly knowledgeable and capable to research much of the home buying process online… and I’m sure she could tell I was likely resistant, even standoffish, at Jacqueline’s early efforts to provide more information than I felt I could get online. But she was patient, she was persistent, and frankly she added so much knowledge and made the process really darn easy!

Jacqueline has been in and around Tampa I believe her entire life. She knew each and every part of that city and surrounding areas, with historical references and knowledge of which areas were likely to offer better returns on your property as an investment. To all of you out there… she will work really hard for you. There were times I would send her a text with a flurry of random questions, and I remember her sending right back a text apologizing that she was in a meeting and asking if it would be okay if she responded that evening. That was professionalism above and beyond, and far more than I expected.

I am likely going to look into other properties in the area for possible development, and Jacqueline will be my first, second and third choice to help find real estate opportunities. If you are looking for someone to represent you or your home… you would be wise to give her a call, as she will bring enormous value to the process for you, as she did for me and my son. He loves his new townhome! Thanks Jacqueline.

Jackie was incredible as a buyer's agent for the purchase of my home. She was extremely knowledgeable about the local market and really the greater Tampa area. Beyond her regional knowledge, Jackie was extremely communicative throughout the home buying process and completely managed the negotiation and shepherding of the transaction. If your looking for a professional, dedicated, amazing realtor who hustles, look no further! Jacqueline went over and beyond looking all over the Tampa area for us. The communication was always great, she was always very quick to get back to us, that is if we ever got her voicemail, which was hardly ever. She’s very patient and not pushy at all, so easy to get along with, and made the home shopping experience quite nice actually. Jacqueline is a residential specialist that exceeded all I expected from a realtor long distance. I did some research on line but she made my personal trip to Florida to actually see houses a true pleasure. Protecting me in this covid atmosphere was considerate and thoughtful. She NEVER failed to respond when I was panicking and reassured me that the process was very normal. Long distance is not easy but she made it as easy as she could. I would recommend her very strongly.
