About Jacqueline

She obtained her Real Estate License in 1994, and later obtained her Brokerage License in 1998.

She graduated from the University of Alabama at Birmingham with a Bachelor of Science Degree in both Criminal Justice and Political Science with a Minor in Psychology. She later attended Samford University and obtained a Paralegal Associate Degree.

Prior to obtaining her Real Estate License, Jacqueline worked as a Pharmacy Clerk, Paralegal, and a Property Manager since 1987. With the fascination of Real Estate, she obtained her Real Estate License and later her Broker’s License. She was the Broker of a Real Estate Company for several years, and in 2010 she decided to start her own Company – Semaan Realty. She started the company as a Property Management Company only. She was a Dual Broker for both Agencies. Eventually, with her husband’s support and as her Business Partner, she moved to Cahaba Heights in 2011 and consolidated Semaan Realty into a Sales and Property Management Real Estate Company.

She has expertise in the Sales and Property Management of both Residential and Commercial Real Estate. Jacqueline treats each client with loyalty, respect, honesty and compassion. Her genuine concern for people shines through every interaction. She handles each client’s need in the most courteous, efficient, and professional way possible.
