Jacqueline was the best person to help our family move. From the confidence she brought with her knowledge of the real estate market in our area, helping us price appropriatley to get several offers, helping us maintaian a realisteic timeline to get our house ready and bringing in others to help coordinate our resources to get the most out of our time and treasures. She simoultanesly helped us find a next place to call home, got us trusted referrals for painting, moving, staging, and more. Everything she did was above professional grade, she was empathetic to the stress and emotional strugle of moving, and was a calming presence when things were challenging. Jacqui is the absolute best!! I was a first time home buyer and she made this process non stressful, quick and easy, and very fun! She communicated everything to me and explained it so I could understand what was going on throughout the whole entire process. She was available 24/7 so I could contact her with any questions I had and she responded quickly every time! Selling my current home and purchasing a new home at the same time was a breeze working with Jacqui. She made it so easy! My current home was under contract within 3 days of listing and I purchased my new home well under the list price! Not only does she truly care about her clients, she is extremely knowledgeable in the industry and has superior negotiating skills. She is very responsive and makes you feel like you are her only client! I never had to wait on anything from her, whether it was getting info on houses, scheduling and going to showings, or just answering questions related to both selling and purchasing, she was on top of it! She even completed offers late in the evening and always followed up on everything she committed to. She was very patient, friendly and understanding throughout the entire process.
