I was referred to Jade by a lender. Being a first time home buyer and nervous about starting the process; I looked Jade up on Google and Facebook. I saw a woman who is humble, kind, and very into lifting others up in the community. I made the decision to contact Jade and it is one I will never regret.I learned so much from her and she was truly a pleasure to work with.
With her help I was able to buy my home in only 6 weeks! Which let’s face it; in this market today? I would say amazing results!
Her promptness, knowledge of the market, strategic mindset, kindness, and good energy made a potentially chaotic purchase process simple. I’ve already recommended her to 3 of my family members 1 of which was able to buy her first home with Jade’s help as well!
If I am ever looking to buy again, or if anyone asks me if I know a good realtor? I will not hesitate to call Jade and/or forward her info.

From the moment we met , Jade Athas was nothing but friendly, knowledgeable, patient and understanding! This was an emotionally challenging sale, after the death of my beloved father.
There were many concerning and suspicious events through other realtors showing my family home did, and Jade handled all of it with the utmost professionalism, care and empathy.
Not only did Jade meet our expectations, she far exceeded them!
I can’t recommend her enough, or thank her enough!
I will never trust any other realtor except Jade for any other real estate needs in the future!

I've worked with quite a few realtors over the years, both for work and for personal things, and hands down Jade is easily one of my favorites. She listens to her clients, and is very transparent, which is refreshing! She's also very patient and kind when it comes to dealing with excited kiddos while looking at homes, which is such a relief as house shopping is hard enough as it is. Jade is flexible, accommodating, professional, and knowledgeable, plus just a genuinely nice person. I highly recommend her if you need a realtor.
