Jaime Costa

Jaime engages each client with curiosity, energy, and passion. She focuses every skill, resource, and experience on her mission: to guide home buyers and sellers to the best, most satisfying outcomes, one client at a time.

While earning a BA with honors in Communications from UCLA, Jaime paid her way through college working in sales. Starting as sales representative, she rose to the role of District Manager, in which she recruited, trained and an entire team. Jaime entered the real estate space in 2007 and has become an established expert in the North County coastal region, with extensive experience in the Carlsbad, Cardiff, and Encinitas communities. She thrives in her Southern California playground and loves to help others do the same. A three-time winner of the Coldwell Banker Sterling Society award, Jaime enjoys a majority of repeat and referred clients.
