Prior to real estate, Jake built a successful career in luxury cosmetics sales, marketing, and property management, developing the client service, negotiation, and communication skills that continue to set him apart today. He launched his real estate career in 2019 and joined Ray & Poynor in 2022, where he has become known for his proactive approach, market expertise, and unwavering commitment to his clients. In 2026, Jake earned his Associate Broker license, further demonstrating his dedication to professional growth and industry excellence.
