Jake was the fourth agent to come to the property. He was right on target with the asking price. His confidence in selling the house really impressed me. I went with my gut to go with him as my realtor and I'm really glad I did! Jake followed through on everything he said he would do, and always had an immediate response. Jake Giuffrida is a phenomenal real estate agent. Jake has helped me navigate the entire first time home buyer process. He’s connected me with a few mortgage professionals that have helped me better understand my options as a buyer.

I’ve worked with other agents in the past, and I’ve never received the kind of service Jake provides. Whether it’s 6am or 6pm, he’s taken my calls, booked showings as soon as I requested them, and is always on time.

I highly recommend Jake Giuffrida for anyone looking for a knowledgeable and trustworthy realtor in and around Methuen. Jake has been my go-to advisor for all things real estate, in particular for my search for investment properties in Massachusetts and New Hampshire.

Jake's dedication to his clients is evident in his work. He has toured several homes with me, answering all of my questions and helping me submit offers on properties. Whenever I've shown interest in a property, Jake has been quick to provide me with a market analysis, including comparable properties around the neighborhood. He's always been proactive in providing me with valuable insights, which helped me make informed decisions.

Jake's network of connections in the industry is impressive. He has connected me with multiple lenders who have given me a wide variety of loan options, which has allowed me to widen my search and understand my options better. His team has been supportive and helpful throughout the process.

When I started getting interested in the market, I without a doubt reached out to Jake. I knew he would not only take care of me, but he would do everything in his power to seal the deal and he delivered. Not only did he go to showings for me when I couldn’t attend, but he went above and beyond to get into properties before their open house dates. If I were to do the whole process over again, I totally would- only if it was with Jake. The knowledge and expertise was out of this world and honestly I was just blown away. The communication was top notch, to the point where if I asked a question at 1:00am I’d have a response at 1:05am…he is always on top of it. If I wasn’t available to talk, he would relay the message over to my parents without a flinch. That’s what I mean when he went above and beyond, he would make sure that I was taken care of to the best ability. I couldn’t have done this without him, thanks so much Jake!

Jake is a very knowledgeable realtor who was willing to meet us anywhere at any time to view homes. He travelled far from his main office to show us homes when our home search took us farther out. He always replied to my emails and texts, no matter what time I sent them, and was able to get us a viewing for a home after all the slots were booked. He wrote multiple offers for us, and never hesitated to give us his honest assessment of home values. He is extremely communicative and helpful, and we would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home in and around the Boston area!

As first time home buyers, my partner and I had a lot of questions about the process. Jake helped us successfully purchase our first home UNDER asking price, all while being personable, patient, thorough and efficient. Jake was very knowledgeable about the home buying process.
