His communication is clear, timely, and not pressuring (unlike every other realtor we have ever dealt with). Hands down best agent in the state of Missouri. Jake was there for us through every bump in the road. And never tried to encourage us to settle, he made sure he found us the home of our dreams. Working with Jake gave me a sense of security in a very insecure time.. he did everything in his power to take the stress off us and make the process as comfortable as he could. Jake even managed to find us a way to take possession prior to closing due to moving issues.. truly a great agent and so wonderful to work with.. found a friend in my agent 😁

We had some very specific wants in our new home and Jake was able to find us an off market home that is everything we could hope for! We also had time constraints which added to the urgency of our move. Jake took all our needs into consideration and provided us with outstanding service and communication with each step of the process.
