Jake Salyer

Meet company owners Jake and Sarah Salyer, local realty power couple. Both born and raised in Oklahoma, both love serving God and their community. Together, they have the know-how and connections to accomplish any and all of your real estate goals.

Jake was born and raised in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. He launched his real estate career in 2005 at just 19 years old and became a realtor in 2009 (this October will mark his 13th year!) Along the way, Jake got an associate degree in Fire/EMS from Tulsa Community College. He's fought fires with Oak Grove Fire Department, Muskogee Fire Department and Tulsa Fire Department since then.

Sarah was born and raised in Beggs, Oklahoma. She got her associate degree in business from Oklahoma State University’s Institute of Technology-Okmulgee in 2012, and her bachelor’s degree in marketing from Oklahoma State University in 2014. Sarah managed a few companies before Jake convinced her to get into the real estate game. She became a realtor in 2016. (This October will mark her sixth year!) Being a business and marketing rockstar helps her manage Hearth Homes behind the scenes.

The power couple tied the knot in 2015. God has blessed them with three amazing kiddos so far: Olivia, Owen, and their newest addition, Oliver.

The path to business ownership became clear once they started building homes. In 2020, Jake and Salyer left their former brokerage to start their own: Hearth Homes Realty.
