We looked for cabins ALL OVER North Georgia, anb because of the final location we bought in, we did not actually use James as our buying agent, but I wish we had. Not because we had a bad experience with that other agent in that different geographic location, but because we got to like and respect James so much. We also spent a LOT of time with James looking, and completely changed our parameters about half way through our search. He never batted an eye, he just continued to provide the kind of service and help we wanted, always offering some good options that we were not even aware of. We still stay in touch with James, and due to his hard work and excellent attitude and service, we are going to have him as our listing agent when we sell our Suwanee home next year, and move to our new Mountain Cabin permanently. I'm a picky curmudgeon of a man, and I'm telling you, you just can't do any better than James Allison as your real estate professional.

Contrary to the other agents we spoke to, James *truly* listened to us, which we really appreciated. He has a professional demeanor, but he's not pushy, and he doesn't act like a know-it-all who sneaks you into seeing properties out of your interest or range, and shows great respect for your unique situation. Other agents we talked to talked over us all the time, either talking so fast we couldn't say anything, or not at all, I.e., they didn't even return our phone calls. I'm trying to convey here James' qualities by contrast. He was everything he needed to be, there were no problems at all, and we'd use him again in a heartbeat.
