I've been helping Texans build wealth through real estate since 1998 — and I started by doing it myself. My first purchase was a house in Mansfield that I turned into a rental, then another in Arlington, then another in Mansfield, and it grew from there. That investor's mindset never left me. To this day, I don't just look at a property and see what it's worth today; I see what it could be worth, and how to get you there.
I'm a licensed Texas real estate broker, which means the buck stops with me. My family moved around the country before finally landing in Arlington, where I grew up through Ditto Elementary, Young Junior High, and Martin High School. DFW isn't a market I studied — it's home. I know Johnson, Parker, Wise, Denton, Tarrant, Ellis, Dallas, Collin, Rockwall, and Kaufman counties intimately, covering all of DFW, and I'm expanding into Van Zandt County as well.

I do the opposite. Drawing on years of hands-on renovation and rehab experience, I can act as a general contractor for my clients, maximizing a property's value before it ever hits the market. I also bring specialized experience most agents can't. Away from the closing table, I like to stay active — mountain biking the trail systems across DFW, riding my Harley-Davidson, and getting off-road in my Jeep Wrangler. And you'll find me at Lake Pointe Church every Sunday morning; my faith shapes how I do business, which comes down to a simple rule: give people the honest answer, treat their money like it's my own, and do right by them every time.
