James went above and beyond to get us into the home we wanted. My wife and I looked at dozens of houses over a six month span in early 2021. James was there to give us the ins and outs, and the whys and why nots. Early mornings, late nights…he was always available to answer our questions and talk us through our concerns.

My mother’s health was in decline so she asked me to sell her house. This was a 50 year old family home which had very minimal updates. She wanted to get all the value she could to help offset her medical expenses. My sister-in-law had worked with James to purchase her first home and she highly recommended him. James was very quick to respond and very open to electronic communication or in-person consulting. I felt the need for extra help so we met in person initially to walk through the home to assess condition and what was needed to sell quickly and for a fair price. James quickly brought his experience to bear in identifying numerous problem areas that hadn’t jumped out at me. At the end of this initial consult I had a list of items to resolve. I explained that it would likely be a long process since I didn’t live at the home so would have trouble dealing with contractors. Fortunately, James reassured me that he was willing and able to handle such dealings. He was able to recommend vetted contractors and he picked up the logistics such as managing access to the home and delivering payment. Once the problem areas in the house were resolved James advised it was time to test the market. Prior to going live James brought on his marketing efforts. I saw professional photos of the home on numerous social media sites as well physical copies at the house. James determined a reasonable starting price and we went live. Thanks to James’ marketing we gathered a lot of interest right away. A few short weeks later we accepted a reasonable offer and moved to the next phase waiting to close. James kept in close contact with the buyer’s realtor and Title Company. James represented us at closing and it all went well.

James will provide personal and caring service and bring a wealth of experience. I highly recommend him.
