If you're looking for a Realtor, you need to call James!

Prior to finding James, I had been interviewing Realtors for 3 months to sell my house. I had been a Realtor 15 years ago and had 10 years of experience in different aspects of real estate and marketing. I knew it was going to be a tough job finding someone I liked... I had very high expectations.

After speaking with many Realtors who missed their appointments, no interest in seeing the property until the renovations were finished, throwing numbers at me that I wasn't comfortable with... I was starting to give up hope.

I stumbled upon James' video talking about current real estate trends, checked out his website, and made an appointment. He answered all my questions, reassured me of my concerns, and just spoke my language. The rest is just history from there! Lol Signed agreement, house on market in less than 3 weeks, 5 offers by day 4, accepted 60k over listed price, settlement in 30 days.

James was prompt and responsive. It has been an pleasure working with him!

After being let down and dissapointed in this crazy real estate market I decided to go with a new lender and realtor. The new lender recommended James and we went to work right away. My wife and I were very nervous to begin the home buying process. We feel very fortunate to have found James, as he was absolutely crucial to the process for us. We never felt as if we were on anyone's timetable other than ours and he made sure we felt comfortable the whole time.
We had very specific desires regarding a new home and we were never asked to compromise those desires or made to feel we were being unreasonable. This led to the home search being spread over almost a full year. James remained attentive, respectful and diligent throughout. Many times throughout the search he gave straightforward advice about one house or the other that we factored in to our decision-making and looking back, we can say with the utmost confidence he kept us from making some poor decisions without ever making us feel as if our inexperience was a bother to him.
When we finally found the home we wanted, he was never anything less than our devoted advocate, fighting to ensure we were treated fairly and continuing to give objective and sage advice on how to proceed. He always negotiated on our behalf in good faith and kept us informed every step of the way.
We settled on the property with him sitting right next to us. We not only know that we found a real estate professional we can trust but also feel as if we have gained a true friend.
We would recommend him to anyone looking for a home but especially to home buyers or sellers who may be intimidated by the process and/ or skeptical about the people in the industry.
