James Burbach

James Burbach, a real estate broker, based in North Carolina is determined to be the best there is in his profession. He started selling real estate in 2003 at 19-years old. After a couple of very successful years in the business as an agent, James went on to open his own real estate brokerage. At just 21-years old, James was the youngest real estate broker to buy a national franchise with Weichert Realtors.

James has been involved in thousands of real estate transactions as both the agent and, a broker in charge responsible for dozens of other agents. You can rest assured there isn't a scenario that is too complicated for James to understand and help you with.

For James, excellent service begins with conversation – with asking questions and carefully listening to the answers. Listening well allows him to clearly understand each individual client's wants and needs. Then he follows up by taking the time to answer all of their questions. He makes sure that his clients fully understand every aspect of their transaction – including the financial impact of each of their decisions.

James' belief is that "Our homes are a big deal, no matter whether they are small starter homes or luxury estates. When someone is looking to buy or sell a home it should be treated as a big deal."

One of James's special pleasures is in selling a home that couldn’t be sold before. He enjoys pinpointing and then solving the problems that prevented a sale. For James, there's nothing quite like replacing a homeowner's frustration and disappointment with relief and satisfaction

Today he continues his education by taking multiple real estate classes every year. He stays current with the laws and issues that affect real estate and with the technology that allows better, faster communication and extensive marketing exposure for his listings. Through study and practice, he has become a tough negotiator, a skilled marketing wizard, and a financial analysis expert.

A family man, James enjoys hiking, boating, fishing, volleyball, tennis, golf, fly fishing, and "trying to go to the gym somewhat regularly" – usually in the company of his wife and three sons.
