After a couple of very successful years in the business as an agent, James went on to open his own real estate brokerage. At just 21-years old, James was the youngest real estate broker to buy a national franchise with Weichert Realtors.

Today he continues his education by taking multiple real estate classes every year. He stays current with the laws and issues that affect real estate and with the technology that allows better, faster communication and extensive marketing exposure for his listings. Through study and practice, he has become a tough negotiator, a skilled marketing wizard, and a financial analysis expert.
A family man, James enjoys hiking, boating, fishing, volleyball, tennis, golf, fly fishing, and "trying to go to the gym somewhat regularly" – usually in the company of his wife and three sons.
