Jamie & Lori established The Chapman Group in 1999. Prior to that, Jamie was a PGA Club Professional and Lori was a Realtor and Real Estate Appraiser. Raising their family in Forsyth County and residing there since 1999, the groundwork was set to help other families find their homes in areas near Lake Lanier, or along the 400 Corridor north of Atlanta. Jamie and Lori both have marketing degrees, and Jamie has his Broker's License as well. In 2015, Jamie and Lori moved to property on Lake Lanier and still live on Lake Lanier in North Forsyth. They specialize in Residential, Land and Lake Properties along the 400 North Corridor and Lake Lanier. In their free time, they enjoy spending time on the lake or golf course with their grown children, their families and grandchildren.
