James Ciccarello

James is committed to the continued growth of the Capital Region by assisting clients in selling and finding their ideal properties. He aspires to develop his own projects while continuing to empower clients from all walks of life to maximize opportunities with real estate.

A former Army Officer (2013-2018), James successfully navigated complex logistics and supply chain challenges in the United States and internationally. He served top-tier business, government, and nonprofit clients, including Google, Verizon, Walmart, and various state and federal government agencies in various roles as a consulting manager for a leading Big 4 firm. His firsthand experience with diverse clients has equipped him with a deep understanding of how to help people obtain their needs and achieve their aspirations with real estate.

James believes in working closely with clients to transform their ideal spaces into tangible opportunities and helping them achieve their goals, while providing a friendly experience throughout. He is studying real estate development at New York University’s Schack Institute, holds an MBA from the University of Colorado (Denver) and attended UAlbany for his undergraduate studies.
