James joined the Lee & Associates NJ team in February 2012. His areas of expertise include industrial, flex and specialty office buildings. Prior to joining Lee, Jim was a Sales Associate with International Realty Group (IRG) based out of Metuchen, N.J.
Jim has developed many diverse relationships and contacts canvassing the local markets of Central New Jersey specifically, Union, Middlesex, Somerset and Hunterdon Counties. Jim’s local expertise and strong work ethic are the foremost comments made by the Owners and Tenants he has represented. Prior to joining IRG and Lee & Associates, Jim acquired impressive credentials as a Project Manager at Turner Construction Company. James is well versed and understands the various building components, structures and mechanical systems in a typical commercial building.
