James is a graduate from the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire and has lifelong roots in the in Chippewa Valley. Before his career in commercial real estate, James spent over 8 years in the construction material distribution industry. “My success has always been the ability to analyze the people and process, use that knowledge objectively, and have the vision to guide it into positive results.“
